After being witness to a sexual harassment case that affected half the women around her while she was in Datascience, Eleanor spent 8 months researching with her co-founder Helena the proliferation of workplace misconduct. From that research emerged Metta Space with a mission to help companies prevent, report and resolve workplace misconduct.Eleanor is passionate about Datascience and AI's application towards gender equality. She is an avid reader and frequently mentors women looking to start their tech journey.
